Alice oversees Sales & Distribution for Marriott International in the U.S. East. She drives topline sales performance, enhancing the customer experience, fostering an inclusive sales culture, developing talent, and supporting owner relations. Alice brings 31 years of sales and leadership experience to her role, is an active member of GBTA, PCMA and Women Leading Travel, and is on the HSMAI Sales Board and MPI Global Board of Trustees.
She is based in New York City with her husband Ed, her two children Gabriella and Nicholas, her mom Adriana, and their golden retriever Lola. Recognized as one of the Industry Leaders by Smart Women in Meetings in 2023, Alice has a passion for family, serving our world, travel, cooking, art, photography, music, meditation, baseball & basketball.
