Currently serving as the Global Sourcing and Procurement Lead Category Manager at Prudential Financial, she oversees multimillion-dollar budgets, drives long-term category strategies, and ensures compliance across the full contract lifecycle.

Barbara has held key leadership roles at Carlson Wagonlit Travel, Maritz, Cvent and MasterCard where she led enterprise-wide Strategic Meetings Management Programs, directed large-scale sourcing operations, and managed high-performing teams supporting Fortune 500 accounts.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Johnson & Wales University and is a Certified Meeting Manager (CMM) through Meeting Planners International.
