Carlo Boselli is the CEO of Eurail BV, a company owned by more than 35 European railway and ferry operators managing the iconic Eurail and Interrail Passes. With one Pass, travelers can explore 33 European countries, a concept first introduced in 1959 to make it easier for visitors from the United States to experience Europe by rail.

Under his leadership, Eurail B.V. has revamped its two brands, harmonized and digitalized its offering, and reached new peaks in participation. The company continues to inspire travelers to embrace a slow travel mindset, promoting authentic and diverse European experiences in a sustainable way.

Carlo places a strong focus on fostering the social dimension of European rail travel. He champions initiatives that create opportunities for travelers to connect with one another and with local communities, enriching cultural exchanges across Europe.

Before joining Eurail B.V., Carlo spent more than 15 years as an active entrepreneur in the leisure industry in Italy, founding and leading several successful companies. His career began in 1993 in the banking sector in Luxembourg. He holds an international law degree, coupled with an MBA and Master's in CSR.
