Emily Hartman is General Manager at Allianz Partners, North America. Allianz Partners is a global leader in specialty insurance for travel, events, tuition, and more. As General Manager, Emily continually inspires everyone around her to influence all aspects of our business and find innovative solutions that improve the travel experience and respond to the rapidly changing market. With over 20 years of product, operations, and strategic partnership experience across multiple industries, Emily works closely with all aspects of the Allianz Partners’ business—fostering collaboration across teams to ensure growth and sustainability for partners. As a member of the North America Senior Leadership team at Allianz Partners, she oversees cross functional teams responsible for distribution. Emily is passionate about leadership, building inclusive teams, supporting others in their career development, and providing products and services that help people. In addition to her role at Allianz Partners, Emily currently sits on multiple boards including The Science Museum of Virginia, Regional Leadership Circle for Greater Richmond Partnerships, and Jacob’s Chance, a Richmond based non-profit that provides inclusive programing for individuals with disabilities. In her remaining free time, she volunteers and fosters for several dog rescue organizations.
