Lucy Werner

Senior Vice President, Global Partnerships

Marriott International

Lucy serves as Senior Vice President of Global Partnerships for Marriott International, where she works
closely with continent teams to design and execute the company’s global partner strategy. In her role, she
focuses on creating value for members and owners by developing brand partnerships that extend the
mission of Marriott Bonvoy across Sports, Music, Culinary, and the Outdoors.
Before joining Marriott, Lucy was Chief Commercial Officer at Rosewood Hotel Group, overseeing the
company’s integrated commercial strategy. Her leadership encompassed identifying new brands,
products, and markets, driving revenue growth across all business lines—including the digital
ecosystem—as well as guiding global sales, revenue management, distribution, and worldwide
reservations. Her responsibilities spanned Rosewood’s four brands: Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, New
World Hotels & Resorts, Asaya, and Carlyle & Co.
Lucy’s career began in finance, with leadership roles at Deloitte, Merrill Lynch, and J.P. Morgan, before
progressing into the technology and advertising industries. She spent seven years at Google Asia Pacific,
including leading Google Cloud in Hong Kong where she helped enterprise customers accelerate digital
transformation strategies. Prior to Google Cloud, she led finance and travel advertising strategies for
pan-Asian clients.
Earlier career experiences include senior roles at ad tech and digital marketing innovators. She was Chief
Operating Officer at Spruce Media (USA), an exclusive Meta PMD partner, and held regional leadership
positions at Kenshoo across Asia Pacific. Lucy began her adtech career at adBrite, where she served as
Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Business Development, helping build what was then the largest
independent ad exchange globally.
