With over 17 years of experience in incentive event design, sourcing and operations, Nicole
brings a wealth of knowledge and a fresh perspective to every client partnership.

As a Senior Customer Success Manager, she manages relationships with some of M&IW’s top incentive accounts, overseeing the full program lifecycle from strategy to execution. Nicole is
passionate about designing customized experiences that align with client goals and exceed
expectations—creating programs attendees “can’t get anywhere else.”

Her curiosity for new destinations fuels her love of travel, and she continually expands her
expertise. Nicole earned her Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) and Certified Incentive
Specialist (CIS) designations and achieved her Sustainable Event Professional Certificate,
reinforcing her commitment to innovation and responsible event practices.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys cheering at her son’s football games, skiing with her husband,
tackling jigsaw puzzles, and walking her Boxer pup, Wrigley.

Fun Fact: Nicole has collected over 300 souvenir spoons from cities, states, countries, and
attractions she’s visited—a testament to her passion for exploration.
