In her role as Managing Director, Travel Products and Gift Cards, Vanessa leads the expansion of Delta’s travel-adjacent product portfolio of over $1.5B, providing a comprehensive travel platform to all customers, especially those that are loyal to Delta. This includes capturing flight-adjacent travel demand in categories such as lodging, car rentals, trip insurance, cruises and the Delta Gift Card, and working closely with Delta’s partners, including Allianz, Hertz and Expedia, to create experiences based on customer preferences and behaviors.

Vanessa started at Delta as a Finance Associate and has held leadership roles of increasing responsibility in Corporate Strategy, Alliances, Sales, Revenue Management and Network Planning over her nearly 16-year Delta career.

Vanessa holds a B.B.A. in International Business from The University of Georgia and an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
